Les Manifestants Soudanais dénoncent une Tentative de Disperser leur sit-in

Les manifestants soudanais se sont mobilisés lundi pour empêcher les forces de sécurité de disperser le sit-in organisé depuis le 6 avril devant le ministère de la Défense à Khartoum pour réclamer le transfert du pouvoir à un gouvernement civil.

Les organisateurs des manifestations au Soudan ont appelé les protestataires, lundi 15 avril, à rester mobilisés devant le siège de l'armée à Khartoum, dénonçant une tentative de "disperser le sit-in" qui rassemble des milliers de personnes depuis dix jours.

L'Association des professionnels soudanais (SPA) n'a pas précisé l'identité des personnes essayant de disperser la foule, mais des témoins ont indiqué que plusieurs véhicules de l'armée avaient encerclé le lieu où se tient le sit-in.


"Nous appelons notre peuple à venir immédiatement dans le secteur du sit-in pour protéger notre révolution", a déclaré dans un communiqué la SPA, cette association qui regroupe notamment des médecins, enseignants et ingénieurs.

Un journaliste de Reuters raconte que des militaires se sont rassemblés dans la matinée autour du campement et des tracteurs se sont positionnés pour retirer les barrières en métal et les pierres installées par les manifestants mais ces derniers ont bloqué le passage en se tenant la main pour former des cordons.

Des témoins ont affirmé avoir vu des troupes retirer des barricades installées par mesure de sécurité, alors que des "manifestants scandent ‘l'armée est notre armée’", a indiqué à l'AFP un témoin sur place.

Selon des témoins, l'armée a déployé une banderole sur l'un des murs de son QG, sur laquelle est écrit : "Nos frères et sœurs, n'approchez pas. Vous avez été nos invités sous notre protection. Mais à présent, la loi d'urgence nous gouverne tous."

Avant sa destitution, le président Omar el-Béchir avait instauré l'état d'urgence le 22 février, interdisant les rassemblements non autorisés.
